PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient fixture in a novel structure, quick and easy to attach/detach to/from a fixed base material and superior in workability. SOLUTION: A sectionally U-shaped frame 1 has outward extending emigration portions 2a, 3a formed at both ends of an upper side portion 2 and a lower side portion 3. Bolt holes 4, 5 corresponding to each other in a vertical direction are made in both emigration portions 2a, 3a. In the state that the frame 1 is externally fitted to the sectionally rectangular fixed base material A at its side, a bolt body 6 to be fitted into the bolt holes 4, 5 is detachably inserted therein in engagement.
