PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorbent which adsorbs a residual agrochemical in agricultural crops and soil to make ineffective its chemical action. SOLUTION: This adsorbent is prepared by grinding a microporous adsorbent such as active carbon to a size of ten and oddμm by means of e.g. a sand mill and making the ground product water-dispersible with the aid of e.g. a dispersant. It is sprayed onto or applied to agricultural crops having the residual agrochemical or is sprayed onto cultivation soil, whereupon the agrochemical remaining in the agricultural crops or soil is physically adsorbed by the pores to make ineffective the action of the agrochemical component harmful to human bodies.
