CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR HYDRAULIC PRESSURE OF HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A control system for hydraulic pressure of a hydraulic system is provided to shorten the time required for works by controlling the flow rate of hydraulic pressure to an attachment variably and to reduce the deterioration of equipment by preventing the load on equipment. CONSTITUTION: The control system for hydraulic pressure of a hydraulic system comprises: an attachment switch(10) changing a hydraulic circuit to control the supply direction of hydraulic pressure according to the kind of attachments(70) and to supply appropriate hydraulic pressure to an attachment(70); a controller(20) controlling the power sources from a power supply unit, then supplying to a proportional control valve(30); a proportional control valve(30) controlled by the controller(20) which is controlled by the attachment switch(10); a pilot pump(40) generating pilot pressure regularly; a solenoid valve(80) operated by the pilot pressure generated from the pilot pump(40) and controlled by the proportional control valve(30) to control the spool moving direction of a main control valve(60); a main pump(50) generating hydraulic pressure for driving an attachment(70); and a main control valve(60) controlling the rate of hydraulic pressure generated from the main pump(50) by controlling the moving direction of a spool by the solenoid valve(80), the supplying to the attachment(70).
