<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve emission efficiency of an OLED device of a top surface light-emitting type and a bottom surface light-emitting type. <P>SOLUTION: The bottom surface light-emitting type OLED device includes (a) a transparent substrate, (b) a conductive anode layer of reflexivity and a weak absorbent property including a metal and/or an alloy formed on the substrate, (c) an electron hole injection layer arranged on the anode layer, (d) a plurality of organic layers including a uminescent layer having an electric field luminescent material formed on the electron hole injection layer and an electron transport layer arranged on the luminescent layer, and (e) a reflex conductive cathode including a metal and/or an alloy provided on the electron transport layer. Then, (f) transparency and reflective power of an anode structure body, reflective power of a cathode structure body, and a thickness of the organic layer between the electrodes improve the luminescent property by changing inner reflection of light, so that, a substrate passing brightness is set brighter than an optimized control device without having the anode layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
