<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for converting an XML code into a binary format which can be efficiently loaded and executed. <P>SOLUTION: Conversion of the XML code into the binary format includes specifying a code element appearing in the XML code and storing it in an element palette. Next, the XML code is encoded by selecting a fixed command corresponding to an XML text based command and correlating it to a reference to the code element corresponding to the element palette. The reference correlated to the command forms fixed length of tokens which can also be compressed. Data are extracted and stored in a non-compression format during the conversion. A binary output including the element pallet, the data, and the token is generated by conversion. When the binary format of the XML code is loaded for execution, the tokens are decoded to into instructions which operates on the element referred to in the element palette. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
