<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a high accuracy hysteresis operation and the noise removal. <P>SOLUTION: A drain current Im1 of one transistor M1 of transistors M1, M2 commonly connected to a current source I1 flows to a transistor M10 via transistors M8, M7, a drain current Im2 of the transistor M2 flows to a transistor M12 via a transistor M11, the common connection point of the transistors M10, M12 is connected to an inverter INV1, and an output voltage of the inverter INV1 is positively fed back to the inputs of the transistors M3, M4 to execute a hysteresis operation. Transistors M5, M6 for increasing the current with the increase of the source voltages of the transistors M1, M2 are connected to correct the hysteresis quantity reduction due to in-phase components.
