<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer's reservation management system eliminating a customer's waiting time and improving profitability of management by making customer's reservation acquisition business proper and smooth, and to provide a proper display screen therefor and a reservation input method allowing easy operation even if inexperienced. <P>SOLUTION: In this customer's reservation management system, a treating person is properly arranged according to customer's treatment contents. A treatment range and treatment multiplicity of the treating person, and difficulty of the treatment contents and a necessary treatment interval are previously recorded. Basically, by contrasting the record with the customer's treatment contents, reservation is inputted to a reservation limit formed by a prescribed period and time zone, and reservation decision is executed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
