PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic thermoplastic resin laminated foam sheet having stable antistatic performance, excellent wear resistance and cushioning properties and, especially, excellent protecting performance as a packing material for electronic parts and a formed body e.g. foamed containers with the sheet as a base material. SOLUTION: The sheet has (B) a polypropylene type resin foam layer blended with a high molecular weight antistatic agent on at least one side of (A) a thermoplastic resin foam layer, and its sheet density is lower than 450 kgm<SP>-3</SP>. The resin material of the layer (A) is preferably a polypropylene type resin. The antistatic agent is based on a polyolefin-polyether block polymer and preferably gives surface resistivity below 10<SP>12</SP>Ω/square. The sheet is preferably formed by coextrusion.
