PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for covering soil, having a high gas barrier property and capable of efficiently controlling harmful organisms in soil by using a small amount of soil fumigating agent. SOLUTION: The film for covering soil covers soil when a soil surface is treated with the soil fumigating agent.
