PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna switching circuit for controlling the transmission and reception of a signal to and from an antenna by a transistor for switching that is hard to cause electrostatic charge damage when a surge caused by a charged human body enters via the antenna, and to provide a tranceiver having the antenna switching circuit. SOLUTION: A control terminal of the transistor and input and output terminals of the transistor connected to the antenna are connected, and a bypass capable of carrying a current from the input and output terminals to the control terminal is set up. A rectifying function element is set up on the bypass and a withstand voltage of the bypass is determined to be larger than a bias voltage at the off-time of the transistor for switching.
