PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a heat dissipation of an optical subscriber line network equipment aerially installed at an outdoor location. SOLUTION: The equipment comprises an optoelectrical transducer/ multiplex separator 40, a subscriber channel unit portion 43, a cabinet body 31 in which a heat pipe assembly 130 is incorporated, and a door 33 supported in such a manner that it can be opened or shut. Half sections 131a-135a of the heat pipe assembly 130 on X2 side are fixed on a lower surface of a top plate 31b of the cabinet body 31 in such a state that they are closely superimposed and pushed against the surface simultaneously. Half sections 131b-135b of the heat pipe assembly 130 on X1 side are arranged in a line with a distance at a designated pitch, locate adjacent to each stage subscriber channel unit 23 and at upper side and lower side of the unit simultaneously, and are parallel to the subscriber channel unit 23.
