PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic path forming member (a magnetic core) 7 for a heating device 100 of an electromagnetic induction heating method, without such a problem proper to a ferrite sintered compact, having sufficient magnetic path forming property, moldability, dimensional accuracy, good production yield, capable of producing in large quantity at low cost, capable of widening flexibility in designing component/device. SOLUTION: The heating device 100 guides a magnetic flux generated by an induction coil 6 to a heating element 3 by a magnetic path forming member 7 to generate heat by induction, and heats a material to be heated P by the heat of the heating element 3.
