PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetizer for rotor magnets that enables the magnets to be fully magnetized and improves the efficiency and the output torque of a motor. SOLUTION: This magnetizer, which is provided with a magnetizing yoke 1 of a magnetically soft material, teeth 2, and coils 3 wound on the teeth to generate magnetic field, magnetizes the magnets of the magnets-embedded rotor which comprises a plurality of the magnets 4 which are embedded inside the rotor 5 via a gap inside the teeth 2.
