PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding method which can produce a separator or the like wherein molded layers are formed on both sides of a plate-shaped body for a relatively short time, and an apparatus for the method. SOLUTION: The injection molding method includes a process for preparing a first mold 41, a second mold 46, and a third mold 47, a process for holding a separator single body 16 between the first mold 41 and the second mold 46, a process for injecting a silicone rubber 59 in a front side cavity 50 through a first gate 54 to mold a front side formed layer 32, a process for replacing the second mold 46 with the third mold 47 in a state that the formed layer 32 is soft, and a process for injecting the silicone rubber 59 in a rear side cavity 71 through a second gate 46 and a communicating conduit 74 to mold a rear side molded layer 34.
