PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge for a biochip capable of performing pretreatment and cleaning in the cartridge, and detecting a hybridized biopolymer by using a general purpose reading device. SOLUTION: This cartridge for the biochip for measuring the biopolymer is equipped with a cartridge base body formed from an elastic material. The cartridge base body has a pretreatment mechanism which is capable of performing pretreatment for changing a biosample into a measurable biopolymer, and a slide glass type biopolymer microarray mounted so that the treated biopolymer can be immobilized on the array part of the microarray.
