PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cloth panel of fine stretched appearance without needing a special technique in mounting a screen cloth to a frame, low in cost and facilitating material separation in recycling. SOLUTION: The cloth is stretched over almost the whole part excluding a lower end part of the frame 5 of inverted U-shape from the front view opened at the lower end, and the lower edge of the cloth 1 is provided with a bag-like part communicating in a lateral direction.
