PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance-free floor material superior in abrasion resistance, scratch resistance and pollution resistance of a surface, and requiring no repair such as periodic waxing. SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 5 is laminated on a base material 3; an antifouling layer 2 is arranged on the surface; the antifouling layer 2 is composed of a silicone modified acrylic urethane resin of introducing an organopolysiloxy group into a side chain of an acrylic urethane resin; and a hard particle composed of a construction material having hardness higher than the resin is desirably added. Since the surface has proper slidability, this floor material is strong against abrasion and flawing, and since a silicone component is not lost by wiping-off by oozing out to the surface differently from a case of adding nonreactive silicone oil to the antifouling layer 2, superior pollution resistance is maintained over a long period.
