PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide operation functions required for the game by arranging a touch panel on a transparent sheet of a transparent sheet frame unit without obstructing the visibility of a game panel, and at the same time, to facilitate the reuse by making the transparent sheet frame unit and the touch panel detachable as a set. SOLUTION: The touch panel 50 is pasted on a glass 16, and the touch panel 50 is divided into a plurality of operation regions 68, and a game player or the like performs a press-operation. Thus, a plurality of operations can be identified from the press operation positions. Since a glass frame unit 20 can be reused, the operation positions do not change even when the model is changed. The operation regions can be used as various kinds of operation switches by simply changing identification tables in a touch panel controller 66.
