PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a float scarcely breakable even if subjected to collision with a foreign substance, securing stable floating balance, capable of effectively suppressing the generation of abnormal sound when collided, enabling fine step division based on buoyancy, and scarcely causing decline in the distance of flight. SOLUTION: The float comprises a core 20 and a covering layer 30 on the outer circumferential surface of the core 20, wherein the core 20 is such that its specific gravity is set so as to be floatable on water in its combination with the covering layer 30, and the covering layer 30 is formed of a flexible synthetic resin.
