PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing rod case holding a plurality of fishing rods while preventing the damage caused by the mutual contact of the rods. SOLUTION: The case 1 has a lower lid 3 and an upper lid 2 openably connected with each other through a hinge at a side of each lid. The holding space of the lower lid 3 has a plurality of rod-supporting members 5 each having a rod holding recess 5a depressed at the middle part of the width. Similar rod supporting members 5 are formed in the holding space of the upper lid 2 at positions corresponding to the rod-supporting members 5 of the lower lid 3. A partition plate 6 is detachably placed between the rod supporting member 5 of the lower lid and the corresponding rod supporting member 5 of the upper lid. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
