PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper holder holding cut-sheets that permits the cutting away of a roll of paper one by one for use. SOLUTION: The cut-sheet holder has a first holding section 110 holding spare cut-sheets, a paper outlet 14 for taking out the cut-sheets in use provided below the first holding section and a regulation section 122 urging the ends of the cut-sheets to be taken out from the paper outlet against the surfaces of the cut-sheets rolled up in the form of a roll. A second holding section 120 holding the cut-sheets in use and a supply mechanism 21 making the core of the used-up cut-sheets held in the second holding section fall down and the spare cut-sheets held by the first holding section fall to the second holding section when the cut-sheets in use are consumed.
