One hundred small sea wave pumps distributed in a panel pump water from a central annex, which is a main pipe lying on the bottom of the sea, to a Francis water turbine. A large active buoy indicates conditions on the sea surface. A rope leads from the large active buoy to an operation ring and flywheel of a centrifugal pump and to a smaller passive buoy. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a sensor; and (b) a net.
