<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable harness capable of providing high waterproof effect with an inexpensive structure, and allowing multiple wires having different sizes to be connected; and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This cable harness composed by connecting a main line-side wire group M to a branch line-side wire group B has core wire junction parts formed by splicing the core wires of the wires constituting both the wire groups M and B to one another, and a plurality of the core wire junction parts are sealed with a resin (resin part 10). This manufacturing method of the cable harness has a process for splicing the core wires of the wires constituting the wire group M to the core wires of the wire constituting the wire group B; and a process for sealing a plurality of the core wire junction parts obtained by splicing the core wires with the resin by insert molding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
