PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfect length polynucleotide which directly participates in a cancerization mechanism in uterine cervix carcinoma or the like caused by the infection of HPV in the epithelial cells of uterine cervix, can be utilized for clarifying the whole base sequence of a new human-originating oncogene and the amino acid sequence of a cancer protein encoded in the base sequence and then recombination-producing the cancer protein, and encodes the peptide chain of the cancer protein originating from the oncogene, and to provide the recombination-produced cancer protein peptide chain.

SOLUTION: This human-originating new oncogene polynucleotide participating in the advance of the uterine cervix carcinoma is characterized by containing a base sequence encoding a specific amino acid sequence.
