<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmacy intelligence support system (hereafter referred to as PISS) achieving a reduction in a burden on work and enhanced efficiency by connecting the head office of the pharmacy to its branch offices and group participation stores (hereinafter referred to as an individual store) by the Internet, bidirectionally exchanging information on sales, purchase, inventory, and financial affairs, and supporting the business of individual stores under the guidance of the head office of the pharmacy. <P>SOLUTION: The PISS of the present invention supports the business of the individual stores and its pharmacists by the head office. The specific details of the support by the head office include the business work support of the individual stores through: putting together data on the selling, the purchase, the inventory, the financial affairs of the entire individual stores; and achieving a reduction in purchasing prices for drugs, OTCs, and other goods by the appropriate guidance or the like by exactly grasping its purchase (lump-sum ordering to a manufacturer)/inventory control (including movement and disposal of bad inventory)/management conditions to achieve the reduction in the burden on the operation work. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
