PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor the use of an electronic wallet, and to quickly inform a user of the generation of the unauthorized use of the electronic wallet, and to save the labor of the user who prepares a database such as a housekeeping book.

SOLUTION: A memory 22 stores the electronic mail address of the destination party of transmission. A non-contact IC card 3 transfers use detail information transmitted from store side communication equipment 80 to a control part 15 of a basic function part 2. A CPU 16 of the control part 15 generates an electronic mail into which the use detail information is inserted, and transmits the electronic mail through a converter 14, an antenna sharing unit 12 and an antenna 11 to the electronic mail address of the destination party of transmission.
