<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer order terminal device, a transfer processing system, a method of transfer ordering, and a method of transfer processing that reduce a burden on a transfer requester while considering a burden on a bank system and enable a transfer recipient to easily recognize the transfer requester by EDI information or the like. <P>SOLUTION: From a recipient terminal 40 provided for a recipient of transfer amounts, EDI information about each transfer requester is registered in an EDI registration server 11. When a transfer requester inserts his/her own IC card 30 into an ATM 20, the EDI registration server is referred to, and if associated EDI information is registered, it is extracted and written into the IC card 30. When the transfer requester, for a transfer operation, inserts the IC card 30 into the ATM 20 and specifies a transfer destination account number, a bank computer 12 refers to a deposit account ledger database 13 and transmits to the ATM 20 information on whether there is a contract to the receiving account to add EDI information or not.
