<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently radiate light that a light emitting element emits on an inner peripheral face of a frame body, to uniformly and efficiently radiate light to an outer part and to provide a stable optical characteristic where light intensity, a light radiation angle and light intensity distribution do not change by a temperature change. <P>SOLUTION: A package for storing light emitting element is provided with a metallic substrate 2 having a mounting part 2a mounting the light emitting element 5 in a center part on an upper main face, a first frame body 3 which is fitted to an outer peripheral part of the upper main face of the substrate 2, which is formed of a frame-like insulator whose outer size is larger that the substrate 2, and in which a wiring conductor 3a derived from vicinity of the mounting part 2a to an outer side is formed, and a metallic second frame body 4 which is fitted to an upper face of the first frame body 3 so that it surrounds the mounting part 2a and in which an inner peripheral face is made to be an inclined face extending to an upper part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
