<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the operation of a user from being disturbed when displaying a window. <P>SOLUTION: This window display device is constituted of a display device 10, a window managing device 20 for executing window registration, for requesting a timer initializing device 40 to initialize a timer 30, and for notifying window display to a display device, a timer for measuring a window delay display time after the lapse of the timer initialization setting time, a timer initializing device 40 for initializing a timer based on the data of a data base 60, an external input monitoring device 50 for requesting the timer initializing device to initialize the timer in the case of an external input, a database for storing the combination of a software executing status and the timer initialization time and an execution status acquiring device 70 for acquiring the software executing status.
