SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR IMPROVING LIFESTYLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support system for improving lifestyle, which makes a patient to continue improved lifestyle without difficulty.

SOLUTION: Biological information of a plurality of patients is successively stored in a memory of a server. Among the biological information stored in the memory, a second biological information with a value at a predetermined time of the past and a predetermined target value each almost the same with those of a first biological information of a first patient are respectively selected. The selected second biological information and first biological information from the predetermined time are transmitted to a terminal unit for the first patient. The received first biological information (BMI of the subject) and the second biological information (BMIs of patients A and B) from the predetermined time of the past are displayed in line graphs on an output unit of the terminal unit of the first patient. This arouses competitive feelings of the first patient against the second patient, which makes the first patient to continue improved lifestyle without difficulty.
