PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for continuously producing a laminated plate excellent in moldability, reduced in the irregurality of warpage or the like and excellent in heat resistance, heat expansibility and flame retardancy. SOLUTION: A prepreg 2 supplied from a prepreg supply part 1 is transferred vertically by using a feed roll while preheated in a preheating part 7. A metal foil 4 having a pressure-sensitive adhesive resin layer is supplied from a metal foil supply part 3 by using a feed roll. The prepreg 2 and the metal foil 4 are joined together while passed through the nip between rolls 5 whose surfaces are formed from an elastic material. The joined laminated plate is post-heated by a post-heating part 8, cured further by a baking roll 9 and finally passed through a curing furnace 10 under tension by pinch rolls 11 arranged before and behind the curing furnace to be transferred to a winding part 6 by a feed roll.
