INJECTION MOLDING METHOD FOR THERMOPLASTIC RESIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an uneven thickness resin molded article high in dimensional precision and excellent in surface appearance in a good yield. SOLUTION: A molten thermoplastic resin in which carbon dioxide is dissolved is injected in a mold cavity which has a degassing part in its mold cavity surface not communicating with a mold mating face and is filled with a pressurized gas. Simultaneously with the passage of the molten resin through the degassing part, or after the passage of the resin, the degassing part releases the pressure of a gas discharge passage with which the degassing part communicates to discharge the gas left in the periphery of the degassing part to the outside of the mold cavity.
