PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition which especially maintains low torque over a temperature range from low temperature to high temperature and further hardly causes the peeling of a white tissue, and to provide a rolling device in which the grease composition is sealed and which has low torque and excellent durability and hardly peels the white tissue. SOLUTION: This grease composition is characterized by adding a urea compound as a thickening agent in an amount of 8 to 30 mass % based on the total amount of the grease to a base oil having a kinematic viscosity of 20 to 50 mm<SP>2</SP>/s at 40°C and further adding at least one rust-preventing additive selected from carboxylic acids, carboxylates and ester-based rust-preventing agents in a single amount of 0.1 to 10 mass % based on the total amount of the grease and in a total amount of 0.1 to 15 mass % based on the total amount of the grease.
