SEAL INSPECTION METHOD FOR JUNCTION PART

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and quickly specify a defective joining part by moving an electrode of a tester along a sealing member applied onto the joining part. SOLUTION: In this seal inspection method for the joining part applied with the sealing member 5 covering an overlapped portion of a sheet member 1 where a conductive reinforcement material 4 is interposed between sheets 2, 3 constituted mainly of ethylene tetrafluoride resin, and another part of the sheet member 1, the electrode 15 of the tester 10 movable along the joining part is arranged in the vicinity of the sealing member 5, and the presence of a spark between the electrode 15 and the reinforcement material 4 while imparting a voltage to the electrode 15 and moving it.
