PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To broaden up a space between a pair of members with simple operation. SOLUTION: A tension pulley 21 and an idler 22 are displaceable along a slit 24 and energized in the direction of approaching each other by a spring. A cutout 33 of a long member 31 engages with a supporting shaft 26 of the idler 22, while a cutout 35 of a thrust member 32 engages with a supporting shaft 25 of the tension pulley 21. The long member 31 and the thrust member 32 are connected to each other via a connection pin 34, and the thrust member 32 is rotatable relative to the long member 31. When a base end 36 of the long member 31 is displaced against spring force toward an arrowmark A, the supporting shaft 26 of the idler 22 is pushed to the right by the cutout 33 and the connection pin 34 is displaced obliquely downward to the left. The thrust member 32 is thrust via the connection pin 34 to the side of the tension pulley 21, and the supporting shaft 25 of the tension pulley 21 is pushed to the left by the cutout 35.
