PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a simple structure of an air conditioning seat device that provides a sensation of coolness by spraying dehumidified air to a human body, and does not cause a dew condensation. SOLUTION: The air conditioning seat device gives a sensation of coolness by taking off vaporization heat from the human body by dehumidifying indoor air and diffusing from a dry nozzle 40, and aerifying perspiration on a body surface and prevents a sensation of sweatiness by sending indoor air to the human body from a nozzle 46 individually provided in a seat body 31.
