PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an interface device from power consumption when a slave station z is in a waiting state regarding the interface device in which the slave station z of a different 2-type paging system Z is connected to a 1-type paging system Y. SOLUTION: The interface device is composed of a relay 1CH which is provided between a broadcasting line of the slave station z and a speech line of a master station Y and which is operated by turning on a hook switch of the salve station z, a converter DCf which is operated on the basis of the power supplied from the speech line of the master station Y via a make contact 1ch1 of the relay, a relay 2CH which opens an operation circuit of the relay 1CH by the operation of the converter DCf, and at the same time, has a switching contact 2ch1 to connect a photo-coupler PC1 for forming an operation holding circuit of the converter DCf, and a relay CR which has a make contact cr connected to the output of the converter DCf and for forms a broadcasting circuit of the master station Y by the on-operation of a call switch of the slave station z.
