PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact electronic apparatus at low cost by using a high frequency module whose size is reduced and whose cost is decreased. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus is configured to include: the high frequency module 21; a flash memory 22; and a circuit section 23 for an apparatus body. The circuit section 23 for the apparatus body is a circuit section to serve a substantial function of the electronic apparatus, and the high frequency module 21 is configured to include: an RF transceiver section; a baseband processing section; and a ROM for storing a BD address and a default value of RF performance information, which are integrated in a one-chip IC for a communication function. A bar code, to which the RF performance information such as a transmission power and a frequency is written in order to adjust the BD address and the default value in the ROM, is provided to an upper face of a cover. The information for the adjustment is decided when the communication module is assembled to an electronic apparatus or the like, recorded as the bar code, written in part areas of the flash memory provided to the electronic apparatus or the like and used.
