PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication module capable of eliminating the need for an EEPROM for storing information to adjust RF performance and adjusting a default value written in a ROM included in a one-chip IC for communication. SOLUTION: The communication module is configured to mount the one-chip IC 11 for a communication function on a board 13 and to cover an entire part with a cover 14. The one-chip IC comprises: an RF transceiver section; a baseband processing section; and a ROM for storing a BD address and a default value of RF performance information, and a bar code 15, to which the RF performance information such as a transmission power and a frequency is written in order to adjust the BD address and the default value in the ROM, is provided to an upper face of the cover 14. The information for the adjustment is decided when the communication module is assembled to an electronic apparatus or the like, recorded as the bar code 15, written in part of areas of a flash memory provided to the electronic apparatus or the like and used.
