PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an opposite calling party to call back without giving a user's own telephone number. SOLUTION: A telephone connecting system 10 is provided with a user information storage unit 1D1 for correlating a contact address with a user ID for each first user and storing them, a connection request accepting section 111 for accepting a request that a second user wants to call to a first user with the user ID of the first user from the second user, a call request notifying section 122 for notifying the first user corresponding to the accepted user ID that the second user is requesting to call, and a connection processing section 124 for connecting a call from the first user with a call from the second user.
