PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroacoustic transducer for outputting / inputting an excellent sound including a sound of a high sound pressure by largely vibrating the diaphragm. SOLUTION: The electroacoustic transducer includes: a vibration section 4 placed in contact with a flat diaphragm 3 and provided with a coil 6 and a permanent magnet 5 applying the magnetic field to the coil 6; and a vibration transmission plate 7 placed in contact with the vibration section 4 and at least part of which is fixed to the diaphragm 3, and vibration of the vibrating section 4 vibrates the vibration transmission plate 7 to deliver the vibration of the vibration transmission plate 7 to the diaphragm 3 via a fixing part 9 between the vibration transmission plate 7 and the diaphragm 3.
