PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous adsorption-type preparation of tulobuterol, having excellent skin permeability and reduced skin irritation, being easily produced, and having excellent drug stability. SOLUTION: The percutaneous adsorption-type preparation of tulobuterol has a supporter and an adhesive layer. The adhesive layer contains a styrene-isoprene-styrene copolymer (SIS) as an adhesive base material, and the tulobuterol of <5% concentration in a dissolved state. The adhesive layer further contains an acrylic adhesive comprising a polyisobutylene or an acrylic macromolecular material substantially containing no carboxy group and no hydroxy group in the molecule, and having adhesiveness at normal temperature as the adhesive base material.
