PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeding roller capable of preventing positional deviation in the direction of a rotary shaft of the paper feeding roller and slippage in the direction of rotation and to provide a support body for the paper feeding roller and a paper feeding device. SOLUTION: Each of first and second paper feeding rollers 101, 102 includes a paper contact part 11, first and second support pieces 12, 13, and a through hole 15. The paper contact part 11 and the first and second support pieces 12, 13 are constituted by a member having elasticity to constitute a cylindrical continuous body having a cavity 16. The first and second support pieces 12, 13 are formed like a ring continuous in the radial direction on both sides in the axial direction of the paper contact part 11, and an end fringe around the through hole 15 has circular arc cross section. Each of a first channel 21 to a fourth channel 24 that the support body 2 for the paper feeding roller has circular arc cross section.
