PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen carbon dioxide blast washing device which enhances washing effect and washing efficiency, and improves safety and working environment by eliminating oxygen deficiency and splashing of washing ash. SOLUTION: This blast washing device comprises a pressurized gas pressure-feeding means 2 which decompresses an inert gas of a low dew point in a gas cylinder 8 and sends out the gas by pressurized gaseous flow after pressure adjustment, a blast body 1 which forcibly feeds the fine grains of frozen carbon dioxide in a storage tank 9 by the pressurized gaseous flow from a pressure-feeding port 11, a cold and heat resistant, flexible detergent hose 3 of a short length of≤7.5 m, which is connected to the port 11, a blast gun 4 which is attached to the tip of the hose 3, a plurality of tubular nozzles 5 which are connected to the blast gun 4 and jet the fine grains of the frozen carbon dioxide and the pressurized gaseous flow, a hood 6 which is integrally movably and removably attached to the nozzle 5 in order to cover the filling atmosphere of the gaseous flow mingled with a detergent between the nozzle 5 at the time of washing operation and the washing surface of the object 7 for washing, and a venting means 7 which induces the gaseous flow mingled with the detergent in the hood 6 and exhausts the gaseous flow by the cleaned gas after collecting contamination dust.
