PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deozonizer of a small size and a low cost capable of efficiently removing ozone from an ozone-containing liquid. SOLUTION: This deozonizer for removing ozone by supplying air to the dissolved ozone-containing liquid consists of: a flow path in which the dissolved ozone-containing liquid circulates; at least one static mixer which is arranged within the flow path; an air bubble generation mechanism of a hollow cylindrical form which encloses the flow path and has a plurality of air supply pores; an ozone separation mechanism of a hollow cylindrical form which exists on the downstream of the air bubble generation mechanism of the hollow cylindrical form, encloses the flow path and has a plurality of ozone discharge pores; and a hollow cylindrical section which is arranged on the outer side of the air supply pores and the ozone discharge pores with a spacing therefrom and is provided with an air supply opening and an ozone outlet. The deozonizer efficiently separates the gaseous ozone from liquid and exhausts the gas from the ozone discharge pores. The air bubble generation mechanism and the ozone separation mechanism consist of an integral structure, and are therefore small in size and are compact. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
