PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic surgery system by which an operator can directly select a hand piece to improve operability and hand pieces can be easily switched and remotely ON-OFF-operated by a simple structure. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic surgery system 51 is equipped with a device main body 52 with a built-in drive means, an extension unit 53 to which drive signals are supplied from the drive means, a scissors type hand piece and hook type hand piece and trocar type hand piece detachable/ attachable to output ports equipped on the extension unit 53, and external hand switches 55 detachable /attachable on side parts of the operation parts of the hand pieces. The external hand switches 55 is enabled to select any of the output ports by being pushed down. When an operation signal is inputted to the control circuit 86 of the extension connector 53 by the pushing down operation, the control circuit 86 controls a relay 85 to switch over to a selected output port so as to transmit the signal to a SW detection circuit 82 of the device main body 52.
