PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet bowl cover device which has no joint, has a good appearance, and prevent the accumulation of dust and dirt on the toilet bowl cover. SOLUTION: A toilet seat 24 and the toilet bowl cover device 26 are fixed in front of a low tank cover 22. The toilet bowl cover device 26 includes a toilet bowl cover 28 and a pair of arms 30 and 30 disposed on both right and left sides of the toilet bowl cover 28. The toilet bowl cover 28 is composed of a single piece. The front end of each arm 30 is connected to a turning shaft 30a extended from the toilet bowl cover 28 side, and the rear end thereof is connected to a driving shaft 30b extended from a protruded portion 22a of the low tank cover 22. When the driving shaft 30b is driven to rotate, each arm 30 is turned to rise. The toilet bowl cover 28 is turned on the turning shaft 30a so that its front end is positioned lower than its rear end, and is raised keeping its front surface facing forward from a western style toilet bowl 20.
