PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riding type lawn-mower smoothly guiding the mowed lawn discharged from the discharging port of the mower to the back of the mower through a duct when the position of the mower is made to be vertically shiftable relative to the machine body. SOLUTION: Mowed lawn discharged from a discharging port 21 of a mower is guided with a guiding member 23 to the inlet 22c of a duct 22. The guiding member 23 is supported to the mowed lawn discharging port 21 or the inlet 22c of the duct 22 in a vertically movable manner and extended between the discharging port 21 of he mower and the inlet 22c of the duct 22.
