The DE4vice (1) is assembled of a housing (2) accommodating an electric drive (15) and a mechanism moving a tongue-shaped element (5) protruding from an opening (3) at the front. A T-shaped lever (6) with the tongue (17) attached to the central segment (10) is moved axially in lateral guiDE4s (7, 7) and to the siDE4s by a pin (13) rotating in a slot (12). A soft elastic sleeve (4) of a suitable size is integrated in the front area surrounding the opening (3) with its front edge. The housing (2) can be DE4signed in the shape of a human head with the opening (3) serving as the mouth (16).
