CARD PRINTER, OPTICALLY READABLE CARD AND BETTING CARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mark sheet printer and a mark sense card that facilitate an entering person's entries by reflecting recommendation information by a provider on the mark sheet, and enable errorless optical reading of contents specified on the mark sheet by the entering person.

SOLUTION: The card printer 108, which prints a betting card 120 having specification fields on a surface so that a plurality of selectable betting items can be specified by marking of specification fields positioned in correspondence with the betting items and that the marked specification fields can be optically read by a ticket issuing device 100 that issues a betting ticket according to the marked specification fields, has tip computing means 108 for giving a tip, and recommendation mark printing means 108 for printing specification fields of the betting card corresponding to the tip result with recommendation marks recommending marking of the specification fields.
